Æbleskiver Mix

Aunt Else's Æbleskiver Mix makes it easy to make great tasting Æbleskiver ("EB-el-sku-wyr") at home. Simply add fresh eggs and water, and you're ready to get cooking! We produce each bag of our Danish style pancake mix by hand in a licensed facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Each full bag of mix weighs 27.5 ounces and makes a double batch, or about 45 Æbleskiver.

The taste and texture is similar to an American pancake but light and fluffy like a popover. Instructions for making a single batch are included on the package as well. For cooking tips, please watch our video or email us with questions!
