Æbleskiver Starter Kit

Aunt Else's Æbleskiver Starter Kit makes it easy for you to institute a new weekend tradition and start making great tasting Æbleskiver ("EB-el-sku-wyr") at home. The taste and texture is similar to an American pancake but light and fluffy like a popover.

The kit includes: Aunt Else’s own 9-hole cast iron Æbleskiver pan, made in America, with a lifetime manufacturer's warranty; a bag of Aunt Else’s Æbleskiver Mix; a high-quality handle hot pad; and a stainless steel chopstick for turning your Æbleskiver as they bake. Each bag of mix weighs 27.5 ounces and makes a double batch or about 45 Æbleskiver. Instructions for making a single batch are included on the package as well.
